Soldi were appointed for the construction of the developer shell, externals and highways works by Landmark Estates, for the new Co-op store in Milborne Port. The project used all natural materials soured locally, this included ham stone, roof slates and lime render. The 12 week build is one of the quickest Co-op stores completed.
