Soldi were appointed on Phase 2 of Faringdon Park in Oxfordshire, next to the existing Phase 1 development which Waitrose, Aldi and Costa. The new development, funded by Aviva Investors with GSC Estates, consist of a three storey development with Travelodge above a 15,000 sq ft Home Bargains store.
